Accordingly, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it within fourteen days from the date of purchase and we will supply you with a store credit. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in clean, unworn, new condition with original tags and stickers attached. We cannot accept returns for worn or damaged goods.
If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, please return it to us for analysis and if we are found to be at fault we will refund, credit or replace the item according to the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please note, as we are an outlet store, limited stock sometimes means a replacement is not always a feasible option. In which case, we will either refund or credit the item's value.

Please return items to the store your purchased from, or to the address below. Please be sure to include your order number so we can issue your credit to you. You will receive notification via email once the credit has been issued.
